About Not Feeling as if You Are Enough

I was recently at an equus coaching workshop. The facilitator said, "Horses don't live in a culture where they are told they are not enough, but humans do."
If you were surrounded by a belief system that stated some people were enough and others weren't, I'm so sorry.
I can relate to you. Because I was too.
Those humans who taught us that belief system were probably surrounded by the same belief system, but may not have realized it. (And...the people who taught them and the people who taught them were probably surrounded by that same Craptastic Belief System. And so on through the generations.)
But the moment we realize that it is simply a belief system, we begin liberating ourselves.
It is not natural or innate to believe that some people are enough and others aren't. We adopted that belief at some point.
Which means we can "de-adopt" that belief as well.
Why not?
It's not mandatory. It was an acquired belief somewhere along the way.
Where you acquired that belief isn’t nearly as important as this:
You can incrementally decommission that belief system.
Let's go.
